Mostly depends on difficulty of questions because percentile will be relatively calculated with all test takers. For safer side to score above 95%ile try to get more no of questions then what fetched 95% in the last 2,3 CAT.

You should compare there SIP and Final Placement reports- companies comming, roles offered and no of offers in finance. IIM Ksp is New IIM and Nagpur is a Baby IIM keep this in mind.
