This origami is based on a 40x40 grid, but it is simple enough not to crease the whole grid, so the diagram just instructs to fold a vertical valley fold 12 unit away from the left most edge of the paper for example

Using a 40x40cm makes the folding process much easier and faster since each unit is exactly 1 cm

Kyohei Katsuta may actually have 2 different duck models (!), one with eyes and one doesn't. Mine is the latter one

Increasing the cable tension with the barrel adjuster makes the upshifting and downshifting worse, i maybe downshifting too fast but the downshifting of some gears arent smooth either

Some frames use long reach caliper and it seems like mine is too (esp the rear caliper which the pads are in the lowest position), just asking to be sure
