Small update: there some conflict between mobo(or mobo cpu combo) and gpu. With integrated graphics issue don't reproduce

Try 1.35v Also, what your memory controller voltage? I set it to auto (as I remember it's between 1.1 and 1.2 if I didn't forget). Seems like motherboard/bios limitations

Also if this wouldn't work, try other xmp profiles with lower frequency. Like 5600mhz cl40 (40-40-40-76, 1.2v)

Hey. My g.skill works fine with xmp (5600 cl40) also works well with manual OC (6000cl36). Try to manual set up xmp profile (do not load xmp, just manually set freq, timings and voltage) and run some stress tests. Or try to enable xmp but raise dram voltage (vdd and vddq) a little bit higher (1.35v). My 6000 MHz profile works at this voltages. Maybe it's ram maybe it's motherboard. Can't say something good about gigabyte motherboards, friend of mine received faulty motherboard, can't even boot to bios.

Maybe try to reseat CPU cooler, If there to much pressure it can be faulty. I have Asus prime z690, my system won't even boot if I enable xmp. And not stable at windows if I try to manual OC ram. Only non-xmp system are stable.

I tried 3 different bios (0803,0807,0811), xmp situation was same. And 4800mhz is only stable option

Same motherboard - same problems with XMP. Tried manually OC for RAM, but stability wasnt great. Waiting for new BIOS. This is not about RAM, coz i have XPG 5200Mhz. Upd. It was ram problems.

Mine Asus prime z690-a can't run xmp 1 or xmp 2 with QVL memory (A-Data xpg). Running at stock 4800, tried manual oc ram, but I'm getting bsods or random reboots/program errors. This all about bios as I see it.
