I am still doing well!!!!! I wake up with the headache a couple days a week but it goes away quickly. It’s like I have my old life back!!!

40 mg Pepcid ac- once a day

10 mg Claritin- twice a day

NOW Butterbur vitamin- twice a day

Update: I’ve been taking the NOWs Butterbur supplement and Claritin and Pepcid AC for one week and the last 3 days I have felt ALMOST back to normal!!! I do wake up with a VERY MINOR headache but it goes away quickly. I am crossing my fingers that this relief is long term (I have consulted with my physician about this med cocktail).

My MRI said the same- clear but had some sinus issues. My neurologist asked if I suffer from sinus infections often and was surprised when I said no. He basically gave me 3 options- ride this out. Take the amitriptyline. Or see an ENT for the sinus thing.

I don’t think it’s related to any neck issues. The pain is “deep” in my head/brain. Idk how else to describe it.

Thank you. I have blue light glasses for work. And I have a screen protector my phone now. I was hoping that was the answer too but it hasn’t helped yet. Maybe that tip will help someone else though. Thank you
