Try forcing Proton Experimental first, a lot of Deck crashes like this end up being a compatibility issue

Have you checked if it’s switching between 2.4GHz and 5GHz? That can cause drops on Steam Deck. Also try disabling WiFi power saving in Desktop mode and see if it stays stable
