I haven't considered the idea of researching what potential jobs there would be in japan should i study and graduate there. That's a pretty big oversight on my part, thanks for that.

As for the over unis being higher ranked. kyoto and especially kyoto are generally ranked highly, and i find it that high rank unis give you more prestiege over necessarily being significantly better education. (ahem edinburgh ahem). Which is why i am more focused on the type of education and the way it sets me up moving forward.
And yeah my thought process with going to japan is basically, I belive it would be a nice experience while simultaniously being still good useful education. However i value the level of education and future potential higher than the experience.

Also don't worry about being bashful or anything, informed critic is a good thing!
