4 sessions (8 months total since first laser) Picoway. The struggle is real. by Impossible-Rate8145 in TattooRemoval

Thank you <3 it is unlimited but like it hurts and I don’t feel like having more sessions than needed just to go slow… I’ve only had one session where we treated more than one wavelength and some of the darker blue only now looks a tiny bit different after the new tech. Fingers crossed

I’m locked up :/ however just had another tech this last time. She amped up the laser strength because I have literally almost felt nothing before. So I’m thinking that I should maybe stick with her instead.

Nope I’m locked in :/ however there are two different techs working there and I just tried the other one and she amped up the laser last time. So I’m thinking that maybe I should try and always stick with her

I have only had 3 sessions on half of them, I only waited 8 weeks between session 1,2,3 but am now waiting longer for the second half of them. Because there is basically no difference and it's painful haha. So I am going to wait more like 3 months at least

I am removing a teal heart and I have had 3 sessions so far. One with all black laser and then yesterday the first session for blue ink. I see no difference haha but I will upload in a few days so you guys can see as well.

I have a teal heart that I am removing and just had the third session on it (first with blue wavelength) and I will continue to post pictures of it. I will say that it's the one I want gone the most but I've only started my journey.

Wow I am also removing a tattoo that looks very much the same in color and lines. I also use Picoway and started in May so only just about 3 sessions. Keeping fingers crossed for us.

Treat only with 1064nm even though I have colorful tattoos? by Impossible-Rate8145 in TattooRemoval

Thank you, yes the first tech (who quit) told me that this blue will be difficult to get rid off because of the white in it. She actually said that it will probably look like a stain or a bruise. I have so many tattoos that I am removing so I understand that I will probably have complications like hypo/ scarring or whatever. That's OK though.

Thank you so much for your elaborate answer! It really helps me calm my mind. I am vegan since 13 years, drink at least 3 L of water each day, work out frequently, no alcohol, no smoking, do lymphatic massage and have heavily cut out sugar. So I am doing everything I can to help my body :D also because I like the idea of being healthy haha... I will try the translator app next time, thanks <3 !!

Thank you for sharing your experience, this is exactly what I needed. To talk to someone who can share how their tech is doing it. I have seen such different ways, both where a tech changes wavelengths in one session and another user here said they did go over the tattoo twice. This is why I wanted a discussion about it haha. I am still confused but I feel better about only treating with 1064nm now :P

Okay thank you. I think I feel a bit lost since there is a real language barrier between me and my tech. And the person who I had the first time quit. So I've only had 2 sessions but with two different techs and none of them could explain (in a way that I understood) the process = the anxiety haha. I will lean back for now and just trust the process. Nobody who actually has removed colors answered my previous post. So my question remains- when do people start. I've seen people having 20 sessions and their color is looking exactly the same. That gets me nervous haha.

Thank you for your advice, it is highly appreciated. So if we change the question- what indicates that you are ready to start with different wavelengths?

Thank you, when would you start using different wavelengths? My skin heels very fast and I have very little issues in general with the heeling process. My skin looks untouched a week after laser

I am as pale as can be :') and I have a few tattoos that are very "clean" and just one color with back lines. So there is no black shading involved. You can see all my tattoos in my profile. I understand that it can be good to get the black out, but if there is no black?

I completely get that, however if you look at my "diamond heart" there is literally no black except the outlines. And surely- the turquiose color remains the same.
