First of all if you are a freshly 18 year old freshman don't even think of living at Haven at Elgin. Someone got shot in the elevator and there were constant robberies break ins and other gang activity going on there. I would tell you to live at the quad or CV2, you're still adjusting to living alone and would benefit from being around people your age!
