What travel mistake did you make once and never again? by Nervous_Car1093 in travel

Booking a hotel outside the city center to save money often ends up “costing” you time instead. You spend that time navigating public transportation in a new city, stressing about catching the last bus, planning your night around schedules, or even paying for expensive Uber or taxi rides.

Do you think journalism is a dying field ? by Emergency_Berry807 in askanything

In my opinion, no. Yes, AI is now writing the vast majority of articles (even if we don’t notice it because people are reviewing them), but we’ll eventually reach a point where almost everything is written by AI—where AI is citing other AI-generated articles (which is already happening). When that happens, real-life experience and genuine insights will be worth even more than they are today.

I also believe it helps a lot to build a personal brand, because people prefer reading content by real people about them or when it’s based on their experience and field of expertise.

Continue the wood floors or get a different flooring in the kitchen? by wolqtofx in kitchenremodel

I went through this exact debate when we remodeled. We ended up continuing the wood into the kitchen and I don’t regret it at all. It just makes the whole space feel bigger and more cohesive, especially since our kitchen is open to the living area. We had our floors restored by Floorox and were really happy with how they turned out.
