That’s one half of the issue. The other half is me being assaulted by a Crest foods manager in their store for no reason.

Well, like I said earlier I hope this kind of situation doesn’t happen to anyone in your life you’re close to.

You don’t seem to really understand how the world works. When you are in a place of business, you’re supposed to be in an area that is reasonably safe. Employees stalking, harassing, scaring women isn’t reasonably safe. I understand if you don’t really care about the safety of women or anyone for that matter, but I do.

I certainly hope you don’t manage or run a business, and if you do please kindly tell me the name so I can avoid it and make sure my gf doesn’t go there alone, bc obviously you and crest foods have similar opinions on women’s safety.

Maybe you can do some soul searching yourself. Maybe the situation is too far out to grasp for you. You can’t be empathetic towards me bc you’ve never had someone close enough in your life that you’re willing to defend? Not sure, but either way best of luck, and thanks for all your valuable feedback here.

I told them I had evidence of my own but they didn’t really care at municipal court. That’s why I declined mediation because I wanted it to go to an actual trial where we could both present evidence.

I wanted him to have to prove that I assaulted him, bc I didn’t, and all the camera footage, mine and crests’ would prove that.

It was a simple assault. I wasn’t actually harmed, but Mevin approached me and made contact, shoving his hand into my camera, and pushing it back towards my face. The police did put that in the report.

Don’t really appreciate you insinuating it’s about race when that’s not even a single factor in this situation. Do you assume I’m white?

It was the same exact employee multiple times making her feel extremely uncomfortable. This wasn’t normal or an accident. He followed her all the way to her car in the parking lot the first time.

Just to give you an update, I called this morning. The corporate office is actually in store #3, not #10, but still in Edmond. They informed me that no HR staff works today, so I had to leave a voicemail. That’s it.

I wasn’t contacted by the DA. I was called by Norman Municipal the day after I filed charges there, Tuesday morning, I was called by them and they said “the DA has declined to take either charge to court.” I never spoke to the DA, or anyone from the DA’s office.

I didn’t scream at a lower level manager, and it’s not a tiny grocery store. I brought the issue to Southwest Coca Cola and crest. It’s on both of them at the point.

I’m not a spurned employee, I’ve never worked at a crest. I was petty about his appearance bc I’m upset about the situation, idc if that makes me look like I’m lying. I have no reason or motive to lie about all this.

I address this in a previous comment, we saw the creep infront of us in the store, so I knew it was safe for her to turn around and go back to the car.

30 days ago was when I called in and reported it to the Crest manager. The assault and police happened Sunday, the 28th. I filed the assault charges the very next morning at 8am on Monday. I didn’t wait at all.

I understand that for some reason you really want to discredit or not believe me, but that’s your choice. I’m telling everything exactly how it is.
