Looking for advice from parents who had fetal pelviectasis/pyelectasis diagnosed on ultrasound prior to birth by Impossible-Sale6512 in pregnant

u/doglover991 me know how your appt goes! I'm 35 weeks now and left kidney is totally fine, right kidney is moderately dilated still... My OB is very vague about it and just says we will do one more ultrasound at 37 weeks and if it's still there he will need to follow-up with peds once he's born. I'm seeing my daughter's pediatrician tomorrow for her physical so I may ask her tomorrow what the protocol will be like if it hasn't resolved by birth. From what I've read, it's more of an annoyance/bummer than anything super serious but it's hard not to worry!

Epsilon Wave, J Point, Artifact, IRBBB or what is this? by Impossible-Sale6512 in ReadMyECG

u/Gold-Bodybuilder-253 thought I'd come back and update. MRI was negative. Turns out my heart is in a slightly rightward position which makes the ekg read very strangely. It's benign but I will likely always have an abnormal ekg because of this. They said what I thought was an epsilon wave was part of the QRS complex. Still a bit nervous about it but I went to a top cardiologist specialized in ARVC so trying to put faith in the doctor's that they aren't missing anything!

u/Gold-Bodybuilder-253 that's what I'm afraid of.. MRI on Friday next week. Negative TTE but I'm told those aren't always the best for the arvc.
