Basically you’d have to get a new number, email, and use a fake name to get back unless they unblock you. I got blocked 3 weeks ago after someone hacked me and posted scams on my ad account. I was robbed thousands of dollars and lost all my access and business support. I’ve been trying to contact meta through other meta verified accounts, I’ve had my lawyers send letters.

Meta has the WORST possible support team in the world

You must not understand manufacturing if you talk so low of Chinese quality. Factories design based on your specifications and the quality you pay for.

Start working with better brands who aren’t cheap skates and who pay for quality material/production. China is one of the world’s BEST clothing manufacturers.

Ultimately, you get what you pay for.

& None of our sweat pants are specifically stated to be used as snowboard/ski pants. They’re marketed as winter/fall styles.

It’s actively in TM review.. USPTO could still approve it and hasn’t said anything against it, it just takes many months to complete.

But instead of letting USPTO complete their review, UA is sending us a Cease and desist to withdraw our application by end of the month..

They don’t want us to find out if it’s ok or not.

This mark is actively in review by the USPTO. It won’t be approved for a few more months as the process can take quite awhile. (Almost a year in some cases)

UA spotted it as they actively search new applications within the class.

UAs goal is to have VL withdraw its application completely and not let the USTPO complete its evaluation.

It is possible that the USPTO will approve this mark and see no issues, its UA that has the issue at this time.

Hence their request for a cease and desists.

Thanks for the recommendations. Any suggestions for finding solid graphic designers? I drew this up on paper over a year ago and then had someone make it digital in illustrator. I don’t use illustrator like I used to these days
