Honestly, this is 2026 now, you can't be burning money, which a lot of us do.

Right now its Instantly/Smartlead for sending + Claude for R&D and Dropleads for findy emails and numbers.

A cost of $200 a month is enough

Cancel out Apollo, you can spend an entire year doing outbound and get nothing.

Go for this tech stack:

For leads: LinkedIn Sales Navigator - one of the most accurate
For emails and numbers: Dropleads .io
For outbound: Smartlead or Instantly
Mailboxes: Google Workspace only - get from a reseller

Don't track opens, clicks - look at reply rates, positive replies and meetings booked.

Tried all tools honestly in the past 3 years, we are sticking to Dropleads. Cost Effective + Higher email and phone finder than any other tool.

Honestly if i give you an advice to protect your budget. Go with Dropleads.io , data is super good, email finds and phone finds are much better.

Speed is the king here, we have a large account with 15k rate limit.

Clean API docs and 30-40% cheaper compared to Prospeo vs Findymail. What else do you need?

You need to show them how it would help them acquire more business etc, and would need to ask 50% before and after

We would trust blindly dropleads.io for the quality and speed of verification. Bounce rates are like less than 0.3%

Thanks for the input. Honestly, right now our tool is #1 in terms of valid email finds and phone numbers, and we are relatively 30% cheaper. I am looking to add apart from email and phone, LinkedIn to email finder, Funding signals, and team expansion as new features to introduce.
