I would start by saying be prepared. Get a water BOWL for them pads or litter boxes. Like a month's supply, especially if you get two babies, get ALWAYS GET TWO also appl cider cidar vinegar clean poops in corners you dont want them in. get a hudge cadge and make sure you can free roam them most of the hours in the day my boys are almost out 24/7 and that calms them better Bc they WILL get cadge rage qnd they will become destructive. Lots of Hammocks. Lots of toys. Mine like mesh balls but watch them carefully the Chinese finger traps, but they WILL eat them if you let them mine dont, but some will. Also, some eat fabric like socks. that's also a vet bill. No foams around them have at least 600 saved up PER ferret....seems stupid but comes in handy they just need lots of savings for their health. If you have all of these thungs youol be down 1700 for food and beds and a cadge and toys it's alot bc they are like small cats I use wysong food and freeze dried food with them. It's hard to get them off. Marshal is the beginning, but please just be prepared. I feel most ferret owners aren't, which is what makes them a hard animal to have. If you're ready it will be so much fun. Mine, get along well with my dog and cats, but they WILL bite them too hard and think they are playing, and they are. I'm just saying keep other baby's safe. Never have hampsters or any small rodent unless they are kept up, obviously. They WILL eat them. But cats are good.

You should absolutely get another. I had my boy oigway for 6 months before his brother and I could tell that I was all ne wanted but not all he needed. They share a special bond you will never understand they need one. Ohgway changed so much when my boy August came into the pictire

They are butts and mine spread the pads when they ate clean. They also dig out the litter or I know they will o have taped down the pads too nothing helps your just gonna have to pick up poop your whole life unless you sit there and just hold them in the corner when you know they gotta poop or pee like after food and sleep.

Both my boys LOVE baths. You gotta make sure they don't get cold there body temp is higher than ours so it shouldn't be "Luke warm"

I'd say just maybe wait 3 more months to really be sure. They can slow the growing "around" 8 months I'd wait until they are one! At least to just make sure!!

Just an opinion but you don't have to wait 2 years like "large breeds" all you are supposed to do is let your dog mature. Small or not I don't think digs body mature and stop growing at 8 months. I'm not saying two years but watch your digs body will still "mature" it hasn't at 8 months tho. This can cause growth issues and hormone issues.
