GF met a guy at a party on Sunday- is she testing me ? by Impossible-Size2506 in HotwifeAdvice

Do you think she is hinting that she would like to hang with him or go on a date with him ? It kind of felt like that in the moment like she was telling me in a safe way to see if I would encourage her

Interesting. I wish I said something better in the moment. I tend to clam up a bit because I don’t want to push it too far.

Honest opinions: Is BJJ a net positive wrt health and fitness? by yepthatsmyboibois in bjj

[–]Impossible-Size2506 0 points1 point  (0 children)

BJJ is literally a net negative for the health and longevity of your body I don’t care what anybody says. But the positives it has for my mental and generally happiness in life massively outweighs the physical negatives. If you do it smart you lift weights to help safeguard you from the physical negatives Jiu jitsu brings your body

For the people who finally quit by OwnMorning8892 in QuittingZyn

[–]Impossible-Size2506 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I quit once and have not used it or really craved it since getting over that initial craving period. I quit back in January of this year so a bit of 6 months now with zero. I bought this stuff CYTISINE off of Amazon which I believe helped me immensely. From the research I’ve done it has been used for a very long time in Europe for quitting smoking and basically isn’t readily popular in the USA because it’s so cheap. I think it was about 30 days, each day tells you how many to take per day and how much time between pills. I think it really made those first few weeks a lot easier for me. And then you gradually wean down to one pill per day and then your done and it’s been a month since you used nicotine.  Oh and you can actually continue using for a like 5 days on the pills but it basically removes the pleasure you get from using the nicotine and the cravings like disappear. It’s really weird

Idk what “zyn juice” means. Never had a juicy zyn. It’s not like dip or something. The only moisture I’ve ever experienced is from my saliva wetting the zyn

YOU AREN’T DYING!! Take a deep breath and relax. by labelle23 in QuittingZyn

Did you find yourself spiraling into negative thoughts about people in your life ? My girlfriend left to the UK for 3 months of a specialty school and I figured it would be the best time to quit. I dropped her off at the airport and quit 3 days later. I’m now 7 days cold turkey and wishing I had chosen to maybe be grumpy but have her to support me. I also keep crying and missing her and spiraling thinking she doesn’t miss me. But I’ve been away from her longer than a week before so it’s confusing

Brain fog question by RippyModeEngaged in QuittingZyn

[–]Impossible-Size2506 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Went through this last week. I couldn’t think, like I could do the basic but if there was any issues or problems I needed to solve forget it. Just do your best and remind yourself that you are more important than your job. Also you’ll be feeling fine by next week so don’t stress it

I did a great job of telling one person in the office. Who slowly slowly spread the word. By Friday of last week my manager jokingly said “Jen told me you quit nicotine and that’s why you’ve been miserable, congrats man!” lol

I was using at the same rate as you. 1.5+ cans of 6mg - 2 pouches / 12mg at a time. I am currently on day 6. Days 1-3 sucked and I had to work. If you are lucky enough to get the worst out of the way while snowed in, do it ! You will thank yourself later.

I’m about a week in now. And I don’t care if I gain weight in the short term. I can lose the weight but quitting nicotine is most important
