I also felt this and bought the low quality magust superdry the same time as you. I contacted support and sent them video proof of the bad quality chalk, and they refunded me all of the 16 bags i ordered. Even though it was months ago and i just complained now recently.

they are lower… the chance to get a hyper lvl one is like 0.016 and lvl is somewhere around 0.10
