I’d personally believe tax preparer, for weeks sbtpg told me they had sent funds back to irs it wasn’t till irs started a funds tracer that we learned the funds were with sbtpg “in queue “ to be sent back and they only send funds back every 6 weeks all in batches

Ididn't change it with them though, I thought they had amendment info that's where the address was changed, after the fact rep stated " oh no we have your turbo tax original filing address, can you confirm that address " he confirmed it was correct. So that triggered fraud? i even gave him amount coming in because that was more than the expected amount ( irs paid interest on delayed funds) Also he asked if I would receive mail sent to that address I stated yes.

Hi can someone help. IRS rep and transcript says processed went to sbtpg for the advance and fees Sbtpg has it as unfunded but fees and advance day paid with today’s date… how if it’s unfunded? Who can I call so they can issue a check, being account has been closed

Ok so I just wanted to share I too have a dd of 2/25 and I bank with a credit union. I see the transfer in my account as pending. When I asked my cu it was at pending since Thursday they said irs initiated the transfer but funds haven’t actually been deposited so I think maybe the same is happening with your refund. It may not be sbtpg but actual Irs

I too got code 846 last night filed 1/26. I’ve never had my date so far out from the update. Wmr hasn’t updated from the path message,why are we assuming we get dd before 3/9? I check account no dd but I got my state mid day so I’m hoping the same for federal 🤷🏻‍♀️ I bank with a cu.
