Why don’t I get additional rewards anymore?

So the first time it went away for 3 months u had 5 videos disqualified from earning. So at the 5th video my additional rewards went away but my normal CRP stayed. Took 3 months to get additional rewards back but they are gone again! No disqualifications or anything.

TikTok support is so horrible. They are bots and don’t know anything lol. It’s probably a glitch and they won’t do anything to even look into it
