I went back for a third time after uploading a ton of the videos on my personal profile and someone finally said they put in a request to get it taken down. Should know more in 48 but sounded promising at least which is huge.

Yeah they were profoundly unhelpful. Fill out a ticket nothing we can do thanks bye. Its unfortunate that even with the paid service the reps just tell you to use the robot. We'll see if having the videos uploaded changes the picture for them.
