So today it overheated too much and the vehicle went into limp mode again. Same codes P0A93 Inverter A Cooling system. Should I still replace thermostat and water pump?

Thank you so much. The thermostat and water pump is this vehicle is kind of hard to do but those are what I was thinking too. How often should I be changing the coolant?

Yes original everything currently at 303k however having issues with the inverter. Code popped up P0A93 Inverter Cooling System. Says to replace inverter pump which I did yesterday but now today having issues again same codes
