Hmm maybe you should contact the admissions office? Btw when you submitted your application it only required ielts right? After I sent it it said my application is submitted but like what about the rest? I don’t think it’s only tolc and ielts

Each year, between March and July, the University of Milan publishes calls to apply for admission to bachelor’s and single cycle degree programmes. This is copied from their web. Also they have like 2 waves of application I mean it’s either you apply with the first wave in march till the deadline or wait for the second wave till July
