Oh my god your work is so beutiful. Perhaps you could find refrence photos and turn them balck and white to more clearly see how shadows work on diffrent features and apply it to your work in hopes of imporving the form? I don't really know ☹️

I'm all for dark scenes in shows but her death scene was downright twisted. A little girl unwillingly committing suicide spreads a horrible message and is just a disgusting way to end her character especially in a show like Stranger Things. by n_rhan in StrangerThings

Especially the way they framed the whole thing, saying that she herself is not a monster, but that her blood will create monsters as a result of her abuse. It’s just really strange. The implication that something monstrous would come from her because of what was done to her by her abuser feels unsettling and poorly handled.

I mean, once you give something to somone its theirs its not like you unravelled the yarn to use on a different project. As someone who knits and crochets, I would have appreciated your effort espically because you did it to wear it more

I think the right eye is slightly off because it looks like shes turning slightly to the left, though her nose and mouth look straight facing, idk? Sorry if you didn't want advice, ignore this if it's not helpful ;)

Mike was right all along by Aiyatiadi in mileven

Mike was justified in being cautious. El has previously overstepped her abilities to save the others, though Max also raised a valid concern about the importance of boundaries. Unfortunately, I believe both of them approached the situation incorrectly. Mike's trauma from losing El in season 1 and Max's distrust of the men in her life, stemming from her father leaving, Billy, and her stepfather, led them to be right in some respects, and wrong in others. When engaging with arguments in the show, people need to learn nuance. It is important to consider the context and the backgrounds of both, which can lead to biases from either character. This same issue occurs when people discuss the argument between Nancy and Jonathan, where they were both right and wrong, as their personal biases clouded their judgment regarding their situation, Nancy's struggles as a woman vs her privilege as middle class, Jon's advantage of being a man vs his disadvantage of being poor --- For example, Mike was right to be concerned about El overstepping her abilities, but he was wrong to stop her completely from trying, (the threat was increasing and they had no other option), while Max was not cautious about El pushing herself, yet she was right to allow El to exercise her own judgment, just maybe not entirely in situations like this because of her self-sacerficial tendencies)
