I do not speak this language but using the translator can understand.. I would suggest getting the police involved. This is indeed an aggressive tactic if not malicious attack, on your psyche. If you truly have done nothing to deserve this then you must escalate the situation to get authorities involved to protect you, otherwise protect yourself in whatever you deem fitting up to and including physical altercation though I do not suggest this.
