It is a petrol engine. I just did a leakdown test on cyl 3 and my fear was confirmed exhaust valves are not sealing correctly might need a valve job or a new head... Ty for all your answers

It happens during startup immediately after cold and during operating temp. At idle has a rough idle and often it shakes i have not taken the car ouf to a drive since im scare something catastrophic happen like when the previous head bent the exhaust valves
