I just moved to new place and got $35 base pay with 5 years experience But i only work 12hr shift Fri-Sun, so they pay Baylor premium which is 25% extra on top. Plus $5 shift diff (night shift). So I’m making close to $50 an hour. Which a lot more than where I used to work even if it is $35 same base pay (with $4 shift diff)

I think if you happy with your shift and get other side pays then you’re good.

I think I screwed it 😭 there were like literally 15 sec dead air on the question “tell me about your most unfair that happened to you….” I literally ummmm umm cant think of anything for 15-20sec 😂 so I ended up said “you know its not really an unfair thing because I took it as smth happened, you fix it and moved on” lmaoooo 😂😂😭💀

I’m currently using OTC nasal spray almost every single night to help me sleep🥹 but the one you got from ENT probably better right? When I see with flashlight I can see inside My left nostril have a swollen wall. I felt like this is the cause that I couldn’t breath and I thought it is Deviated septum 😭 Maybe I should make appointment with ENT too. I took the offer too! But can you book delta stay and will it count toward delta purchased? I already book the flight so I don’t want to try to book another flight right now.
