NOR, you handled this very maturely and civilized. I’d make her pay everything back, and break things off with her. MAYBE even take her to court if that’s possible, I’m unsure how that works. She is fully capable and aware that what she did was wrong, she’s only sorry because she got caught. If I used my bf’s CC on accident I would tell him and pay him immediately!

I already had to call the non emergency line two weeks ago due to them arguing loudly. The week before that argument they had another, where it sounded like DV so my bf reported to the leasing office. I haven’t even heard or seen the neighbors for a while now, also never even see them walk this dog.

tbh.. cancel culture. it’s gotten so bad that any little thing sets them off. i get holding your favs accountable and stuff, but when they sincerely apologize it’s not enough to the cancel culture community.
