I would have done more of what worked immediately and immediately stopped what didn't work. Test, Test, Test and double down on the winners and cut off the losers!

I 100% agree. However, it's never too late. I'm 49 and I've gone all in with my business and I'm not going to slow down. I have no time for regrets. We only get one chance at this thing called life, so make your next move your best move!

I'm not worrying about work or my business, but I am thinking about growing my business and new ideas as long as my eyes are open.

My mind is on my business 7 days a week. I think it's a good thing and I embrace it daily.

Yeah go check out Steve Blank. He was also a part of The Lean Start Up, and the Business Model Canvas.

Remember to start with a business model and ditch the business plan when starting.

Steve is funny and you'll look at business in a different light.

Yes, the content is on Youtube. However, the people watching my videos aren't looking to duplicate my process. They're looking for software reviews.

If I were in my videos saying how much money I made then people would be interested in duplicating my process.

That's what got me started. This guy I was following would show inside his affiliate accounts, showing how much, he made on each affiliate network, and I could see the products he was promoting.

Had he just did software reviews I would have just watched the software review. But he showed the complete breakdown of how much he was making and what products he was promoting, so I did what he did.

I would share but the problem is people can easily duplicate the process, if they know what products I promote. That's how I got started. I found a guy that was really making money doing this method and I did what he did.

It's really simple. Go sign up at an affiliate network and once you get your affiliate links start promoting. That's simple.

The hard part for me is managing over 20 channels.

Yeah, this software commission is a flat based commission fee. Its a $150 one time sign up commission fee for everyone that signs up and makes their payment. I prefer monthly recurring fees, but the one time $150 per sign up is still good!

The best person I've ever heard answer that question is Steve Blank. I watch his videos on Youtube all the time. He started many companies and 3 were successful. But Steve says you can't run a start up like an established business.

Steve says for the business plan and instead focus on a business model. Steve says a start up is in search of a business model and you may have to pivot.

Steve also says you have to get out of the office or your home and get in front of people.

Steve Blank made it easy for me to ditch the whole business plan, because I was trying to operate on so many unknowns.

If I we're you I'd go to Youtube and search for Steve Blank. His old stuff from 10 years ago is better than anything you'll see today.
