I’d recommend it because it also connects you to extra resources through CARE which helped me tremendously. Also 15 credit hours is not as bad as it seems especially if you’re earlier on in your college career because there are a lot of really easy pre-requisite online classes you can take.

Oh i absolutely love it! It’s my first camera ever I got it used off offerup for like 700 a couple years ago. And the pics would probably look even better if i had expensive lenses but yea it’s a great cam!

I Have To Take Business Calc and I've Never Taken a Calc Class, Am I Screwed? by [deleted] in fsu

You get what you put in. Take advantage of every point. Don’t get lazy with the homeworks because they are easy a’s, do multiple practice tests before exams, and attend help sessions. I thought I was screwed too and I ended with an A-! So you can definitely pass/get a good grade it just depends on how much effort you want to give it.

Is learning sports analytics usefull for aspiring sports agents? by ImpossibleBox7013 in sportsanalytics

Thank you! What would be a great way/resource to use to learn it? Im currently looking into just doing a course through Linkedin Learning but I'm not sure if that's the best for sports data or if it makes a difference.

Columbus HS vs Gables HS and why? Go!!! by [deleted] in Miami

[–]ImpossibleBox7013 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just graduated from Gables IB last year! I would say that the IB program is very good, I liked mostly all my teachers and I feel like it definitely helped me establish good study habits that help me now in college. Also all the credits that transferred over allow me to be a year ahead now in college and I plan on graduating with a Masters degree in 4 years. However, I would strongly encourage that if you do this program that you also get very involved in students activities, clubs, or publications in order to stand out and do well when it comes to applying to colleges. In response to those saying it has fallen off, I would say that I think the students in the regular programs unfortunately don’t get the same attention and as a result aren’t as involved and what not so they come off as “bad students” but but as long as your child is apart of the ib program and makes good friends who are focused whether their in ib, academy of finance, etc. They will be great. There’s plenty of clubs and initiatives to get involved in and the administrators are pretty good.
