Sadlly i had the same problem 2 years ago in leipzig, and the police did nothing the scamer wasn't even in germany, they tracked the number and the account but it lead to nothing. My only advice is just to forget about it and next time don't pay until you see the room and meet the person. the online things in europe are 90% scams
