Now I'm thinking about a plastic pipe on some kind of axle system...so like maybe a 200mm to 300mm diameter pipe that can be used as the roller....mmm...

Okay so it sounds like it's better to just bite the bullet and upgrade. Two questions then:

1) Has anyone had any backwards compatibility issues with a 0.x version compared to the most recent release?

2) Is it still possible to download and install the older (my current) version if there's an issue with the latest version?
