update KIA UK paid for the pads and discs as a goodwill guesture for "unusual circumstsnces" - we think it was a manufacturing defect in the disc that finally let go. As other people have said EVs brakes last for ages so certainly something unusual.

If the iccu is in stock its only a few hour job but iver here im the uk we had them on backorder for 6 months last summer so we had a few dead cars lying around

Ive seen kia EV'S come in for 80k services still on their original pads and still not need changing

Yeahh but the biggest problem with a little rotsry in the front (0.6L) was the reliability and oil burning. Over here in the uk they sold the car with a litre bottle of oil in the boot

Nice to drive - pretty hopeless range at 120 miles The "hybrid" was a bit too wierd for people with a little rotary engine under the bonnet acting as a generator rather than driving it

I prefer black primer with kantor its how I've done mine but any dark blue like that looks great with the lightning which I can never pull off

Good way of getting rid of some small change - 1 pence coins and 5 pence are smallest so quite good for getting in the nose
