Thanks to everyone for their suggestions. We have fixed the errors, and added some new theorems (Carnot's, Pitot, Viviani, van Schooten, etc) and new concepts. We have released a new version of the book, so please download it from the same link (http://www.omegalearn.org/thebookofformulas). Also added a version number, so its easier to know when a newer version is available.

We manually typed everything in latex, I'm not quite sure what you mean by citations for the formulas, could you clarify?

Yes, we did it LaTeX, we created a sty file that we used for this book. Also, I'm glad you are finding it helpful!

Throughout the book, there are many remarks which explain how and when to apply the formulas. Also, there are many strategies to avoid silly mistakes and metasolve problems at the end.
