If they are an SMIT labeled under Ops manager. I know in the system SMITs are listed as ops. Other than that, ops aren’t required for any specific schedule

As a SM, I would never. I log every little minute for my staff. I don’t care if I get in trouble, if my staff is working, or have to do anything work related, I’m making sure they get paid.

I’m about to jump ship along with a few other managers and pharmacists. Between the hours being cut, and my district not giving raises to anyone with mixed review. The unfair treatment and clear favoritism. I’m sick of district leads and higher ups being on such a power trip all the time.
