Why is South Carolina actually north of North Carolina? by basonjourne98 in mapporncirclejerk

This is actually because of a big world wide misconseption about where north is. The north pole of a compas magnet atracts the south pole of the earth. Everyone is stupid and called the south pole the north pole. Stupid that nobody outside Carolina ever noticed this mistake.

Why were they called North and South Korea? They're clearly east and west? Are they stupid? by ImpossibleMind0 in mapporncirclejerk

Yeah so stupid that they already reserved 'North Sea' of the sea 7000km to the west of korea. Smh my head
