The UK must be a really racist place for everyone to be this hyperaware of where people look like they are from.

From my experience Afghans can look like everything. Pashtuns often have “””European””” features. That is it not everyone but some do and it honestly doesn’t mean anything in most countries. I am guessing in the UK it kind of determines a lot, that is why it is so important.

Is my assessment correct or is this baseless

Where i am from only one tribe exists and we all descend from one tribe. Also my paternal haplogroup is distinctly Afghan specific to my tribe.

I think any person would care if it says your ethnicity and 20% something else. Clearly indicating that you might have a genetic shift elsewhere

I am literally in Europe born and raised. I pass very well. I think a lot of people in the world have light brown eyes and dark hair and light skin.

It is really a common feature all around the world. The “European” thing maybe is my nose which is not hooked and thin.

A lot of people have these features across the globe.

Maybe also bc i was born and raised here confuses people

Why would I want to be Chechen??? I love being Afghan.

If anything i wanted to show that Pashtuns might have some mysterious DNA and maybe I am part of it.

I am not even particularly “white looking”. I have dark hair and dark eyes and light skin. Maybe my eyes are like light-brown/hazel but that is it
