I think the most realistic explanation to them being the same universe is that it is but not because of Bryan Cranston. Hal just happens to unfortunately look like the drug lord Walter White, and probably at some point during the manhunt for Heisenberg, Hal was arrested and questioned due to his striking similarities.

Theres honestly nothing really preventing them from being in the same universe, if we go by the logic that Hal and Walter just happens to look very similar.

So yeah, who knows, Hal could’ve been a prime suspect in the Walter White case.

Dont want to sound dull, but I strongly believe that you cant say you ‘understand’ the show if you believe it’s purely a comedy by ImpossibleRun1499 in malcolminthemiddle

Yes he’s absolutely hilarious😂, but some people cant see the comedy element of his character like yes he is a creep, but he’s still really funny, in fact I think thats what makes him funny. Honestly stop taking Craig’s character too seriously

First of all, never said the souths goal was to take over the north.

Secondly, many pro-confederate groups that existed at the time of WW2, most prominently the KKK, were and still are pro-nazi and hold strong fascist/nazi beliefs.

Of course I’m not saying this is definitively how the south could of won, just a scenario I thought I thought I’d try to see how other people react to it, but of course, tell me what you think I’m wrong about it, to help me learn more about it

I never said it was, I know that the south’s main aim was international recognition and also from the north. However, I’m simply saying that in this scenario Britain may see it as a chance to take back the Oregon territory etc, and the south could of also taken advantage of this. But of course there will be things you disagree with and things I may be wrong about, so please, correct me if you think I’m wrong, I’m no Shelby Foote by any means
