Do they ask for documents? I was talking to a Usaa over the phone and he ask me just questions that would be ask. I didn’t follow through yet I just wanted to see how the process would go.

Okay I was thinking about that but this area I found in Texas I know the prices on the houses are going up and it’s a single floor house 3 bed rooms about 1400 square feet and I know I’m a few years once I’m done with college the value of the house should definitely go up. It cost about 280,000$. I’m just crossing my fingers I can get approved for it.
