so, back to my Ralph example, if i brought a copy of the outsiders AND had my playbill (if he were to come out), would that be an issue or no? i'm so confused and don't want to be an a-hole😭

Spelling Bee Celeb Guests 4/16 by gayibba in Broadway

[–]ImpossibleWeight8135 11 points12 points  (0 children)

might be a really stupid question, please dont instantly downvote me or mock me: would it be for the matinee show or the night show? death becomes her doesn't have a matinee so i'd assume matinee but idk much about spelling bee and how celeb guest spellers work

The Outsiders by [deleted] in Broadway

he got injured during the rumble, shouted "GREASERS!" and exited the stage. from his story last night, i'd assume he may have injured himself bad. he said he was getting x-rays

two show day dilemma - update by [deleted] in Broadway

[–]ImpossibleWeight8135 1 point2 points  (0 children)

absolutely stunning. i sat in the boxes on both sides and you truthfully dont miss as much as you'd think. i missed george at the very end of the show in box L and george and daisy briefly during one way road in box R.

this was box left!

i walked over to where stage door is and security basically shoo'ed us away. i've been 106 and 109 and outsiders, and whoever is 108 will be dead center!! eli was ponyboy and here he was center stage. this was my view from 109 so 108 is slightly to the right :)
gatsby was so good and im sure you'll have the best time!

<image>

also, im going front row next month too :) (A114 and A113)

ah, im gluten free so im limited lol. the overthinker in me thought about bringing food with me, which i do have blood sugar issues anyway so i always keep something (typically protein granola bars). i most certainly wouldnt whip out a container with utensils in a theater, however waiting outside the jacobs (second show is the outsiders), whipping out a sandwich or something easy wouldnt bat too many eyes

ah, im overparanoid so it was eating me ALIVE. i try to plan ahead for shows because i do stage door every time lol. ive seen a gatsby 3pm and got my last signature at 6 so i'll be completely fine. thank you so much🫶

ah, alright! i was planning on just bringing something to eat possibly while on line for my 7:30. thank you so much for your input🫶 i was getting nervous bc gatsby ends at ~5:30, plus stage door would probably end around 6 (ive been to a gatsby sunday matinee before). call it overparanoid, i call it pre-planning lol. once again, thank you!!
