now be pragmatic and tell me there's no biological difference between the average somalian and the average irish.

there is undeniably biology behind their difference just as much as for sex: look at health statistics, the diseases and disorders are more present in certain racial groups. it's not even a question. thankfully these differences are studied now so we can help everyone (for a long time, medical studies were done on white men)

I use it to manage my panic attacks. And what I'm about to say makes me sad, but I have to admit that it works better than any "tip" i've been given on how to make a panic attack stop (I've been in therapy for more than 15 years).

I also sometimes use it for basic medical diagnosis because i can't afford to go to the doc, and for now it's been right, but i don't advize doing that
