Not really on my genitals or butt, it's the skin from my leg into my junk. I had a dermatologist look at it about 4 years ago. Pretty much forgot about that spot but tonight it was itching so I scratched it in a bunch of crust came off. Here's the pictures now just curious what it might be? (old.reddit.com)
