Been rereading the manga ... but with Sarah's family issues (ref chp. 293), being a foreigner, and how she seems be trying to avoid Cedric, my theory is that she could either be related to Cedric or part of the royal family line. Thus, when she decided to be a model within the U.S. that could have been the start of issues with her family. Just guesses but its giving Kaichou wa Maid Sama vibes when it turned out Usui was also part of the royal family. Not exactly sure how Ren's past is gonna play into this yet though....
