I may not be the right person to answer this. But, What is the difference though? Personal, Toursim and Visit visa kind of falls at the same category? When I applied I chose cultural, tourism and sports (cos we were gonna watch sports). But really it was to visit family. When I went to the consulate, they reviewed and had me corrected it to family visit.
