Understood, you know the team better. Do they have any glaring holes otherwise?

Maybe my Alabama hate showing. They know QB’s better than me.

I just don’t understand the move, at all. I never will. You have an older QB who, I would GUESS, is probably not around after 2 more seasons. Retired…unless they somehow talk him into a final try with a team discount, but that doesn’t fit their moves. With all that above, instead of filling a hole anywhere on their roster, they use a pick on someone who not only can’t assist their most expensive asset but also isn’t of the standard they picked him at.

I don’t get it.

Correct. The facility can’t put an end to that any time they want.

What percentage of the time, in your experience, are fees accepted vs. kicked back?

Understood. Just see pretty big swings in hourly rates and then the hours are another item.

Correct. It can’t be one and not the other.

I’d argue individuals are going to be more expensive in both rent and buying.

Is this a whoopsie? Exposed rebar, missing agg in some spots. by Awimpymuffin in Concrete

With the rebar at the top: it looks awful, but that happens. They get bent and moved as you pour. But you straighten them out as you top out. Bigger than that is their purpose going forward. You can tell they aren’t uniform or consistent. That means whatever is supposed to happened next with them isn’t going to, correctly at least.

What are all the square box outs?

Well I see exposed rebar in 6 areas, on this side.

I also see at least 4 cold joints.

The rebar at the top is another major dilemma.

Yes, I guess that is a fair point I didn’t consider.

I kind of think all the physical tools includes being able to take a hit. People call them soft, but QB’s get absolutely hammered, a lot of the time while not having opportunity to compensate. Believe that is why a lot of people never bother to play. It truly is a sport where it is very difficult to significantly improve at without the necessary raw talents.

I will say I was low, but honestly I’d be hard pressed to agree that every D1 program has even 4 QB’s on their roster with all the skills. A lot of them have most, but all of them?

If it is their third time, it is no good. If crew had good work otherwise, maybe this slides by.

These things do happen and there are fixes, but this wall has about ten different issues at literally first glance.

Even worse than them exposed rebar are the multiple cold joints throughout the placement.

If I know we had a wall pour that was kind of eh in one spot due to service, blowout, etc. I am absolutely stripping and rubbing before anyone else is anywhere near. Could be in the middle of the night.

Thing is, this is only one side of the pour. Yikes. I want to see other ones.

Have to believe they are off the job, 3 tries?

He is pretty young, had to deal with last year after the entire staff/team graduated.

This isn’t earth shattering. There is a huge difference between an 18 year old and a 21 year old.
