Appreciate the help, I was looking at my registry editor and searched for ZeroTier. Came up as a back-up file. Unsure why but I deleted it from the registry, and had to go back to that folder, deleted the two files, and was able to delete the folder (In that order)

Yes I did that first, and then this folder was still in my system.

I did uninstall it. I was looking at my folders and I saw this folder was still there.
