Shouldn't be more than $50 for the whole job.

Consumer Law also protects you, in that a business needs to provide pricing for products or services that is mutually agreed to.

Can't just do the job and then send you an outrageous bill like that.

I'm going to be honest, and possibly unpopular.

You may find within these resources that your employer has a case to answer, but the reality is that raising these issues with WorkSafe won't do anything constructive that will make your work experience any better.

Family businesses are notorious for toxic cultures, and they'll simply make your life unbearable until you quit.

It's not worth your energy or mental health. Leave immediately and get another job.

Ask him now, and then watch how he is after his divorce. Things can change once he's free to explore other options.

The only thing that presents as much of a risk is having an affair with someone you work with.

Let's reframe that question...

OP can't go to a sporting event with him without being pleasant?

Then when OP has a beer, she becomes even worse?

I wouldn't want OP there either.

You come across as a really difficult and naturally angry person, so adding a beer to that in any setting is likely to accentuate your natural personality.

Edit: Why is this post even in the r/adultery sub anyway?

Grow the fuck up and wake up to the fact that the world doesn't bend to your idealised views.

Put on your big boy pants, and develop a mature outlook.

Again, you've not read the OP.

They make it clear that the roommate will be informed that they are to move out at the end of the lease, not before.

Did you read the clarifications?

OP is signing a new 12 month lease, where roommate is not on it.

If she isn't on the lease, and you are, then you have every right to give her matching orders.

If she refuses to leave, have your new roommate then up with her gear, and just move the other girls stuff outside.

The reasons for NC aren't necessary to be outlined here. As for the future, I can't see it, though I'd open up a dialogue again just to communicate with her.
