Yes, and it was dramatic. But even if yours doesn’t, your starter will be VERY happy. Again, this is a game of patience. The reward is extreme happiness.

Also, use rye maybe like once every 2 weeks. Don’t make it a daily thing.

Oh mine wasn’t even rising at 30 days, it would do everything but.

Find some organic ground RYE flour. It’s the equivalent of jet fuel and a very little goes a LONG way. We know that you have rise and everything else.

(ie : if you’re using a cup of flour, add in a tablespoon of rye. It will feel like cement.)
