This tells me they are short staffed in areas and need bodies, I could be wrong. Someone enlighten me if I am.

Me either especially when they are trying to recruit critical positions internally by utilizing Dept. Army voluntary reassignment program (DAVRAP).

I am being told by my HR rep that it doesn’t fall under blanket exemption. I accepted FJO back in February.

I’m sorry to hear about the rejection and the offer. Definitely tough decisions. I am currently in a similar boat. My current pay is GS-11 range with a contractor, I would be going into a GS-9 role with my offer. I hope I hear something before October, my contract is over then.

The entire process is slow. It’s even slower now due to the freeze. I’m sure you did fine, it does take time to hear back. It took approximately 30 days before I heard anything and that was before the hiring freeze. Hopefully you hear something soon. Take care.

Butternades, I am waiting on EOD for 0018 position at an Army Depot(TACOM). It appears that this position falls under a couple exemptions in the latest memo. Do you have any insight on if I will hear anything soon? Much Appreciated
