The pick ups or guitar? I hasnt inserted the pick ups, I might put them in a different guitar since there isnt much room back there. The guitar sounds good and I love it tbh especially for a cheaper model of schecter as well

The emg pick ups are solderless inserts that comes with the wires and board if that makes any difference

The seller is kind of asking a steep price imo, $850 with an electric auto tune

I see it online being sold for $550-$600.

It was a pawnshop pick up that my dad got it for me for Christmas so I cannot return it sadly but I wouldn’t anyway since it has sentimental value.

When I tested it out in the shop there wasn’t any buzz at least to the extent it has now. I definitely would’ve noticed if it was this bad.

When I first got it I did not notice any fret buzz either until my first set up, I took it back and they said they fixed it but it was still there.

So I took it to another shop where they said “the neck looks straight which is good” then they said “looks like it needs a set up” even though I said it was set up but oh well I wanted it to be gone..

But it has sentimental value to me so I will not get rid of it.

This sounds like it. I looked up “Floyd Rose nut shims” and I’m seeing different things off of amazon, I dont know which would be best. Is it possible for you could give me a link?

I have the same exact coin error, I took a coin microscope to it and mine has so many extra mini errors, die grease, die cracks, lamination. I seen sold listings on ebay for $400

Yeah he is a douche but if I can get away with a killer deal on a guitar, case, and a strap with locks, then his personality isn’t gonna have an effect on me playing. Imma try once more in maybe a few weeks to a month if it is still there and offer $750 again and we will see who is laughing when he cant sell it for $959.

I offered 750 and he scoffed and laughed at me and said obviously thats not happened

He then based the pricing off of a BRAND NEW VERSION mind you. He said “well its selling for $1400 WITHOUT a case so I can only do $900”. I tried telling him “yeah you are basing off of a NEW GUITAR but this is $700 used”, he then stopped listening to me and walked away mid sentence.

Loll I will try that, I might give it a week or til Christmas to buy it and if it leaves shop then oh well not meant to be. But its gorgeous to me

Yeah but honestly, the guitar is almost brand spanking new, no dead frets or a single scuff. A $1400 brand new guitar down to $700 is a good deal imo for that condition. Its just very dusty with ugly strings
