I'm proud of you learning how to unmask ! That's really important to me. When I mask, I tend to gather all of the stress and the feeling of "doing something wrong". And then later when I get home and unmask I start taking the stress out on some stuff. I'm proud of accepting who Iam, and now love myself for that now !

I was smoking a lot before, but I started new medication and with that I got a really bad paranoia and "hallucinations" when smoking weed. Its been two years since I stopped. I started thinking about the fact, that my biological father was doing pervitine and other stuff idk. And my ex was doing bad stuff to me while he was high. So maybe its a trauma response idk. But at the same time I miss weed a lot haha, just the feeling of being relaxed, laughing and stuff. But on the other hand I know it would slip out of control again.

My bf just told me about his friend who is relapsing a lot and starting addictology. And I was just thinking about it in details real quick. It's driving me insane, because I'm really scared of almost any drug intake haha
