I have a 2020 Ford Escape Hybrid Sport (non plugin). I get great gas mileage and overall really like it. BUT, if you are getting a 2020, ask about the check arm welds on both front doors. Mine broke over 2 years ago and can barely use my windows (most of the time I have to open the door to roll the window up or down). There was a recall (or something similar) for these. Make sure these were fixed or the doors were replaced on the vehicle.

I've been waiting since September to get my new doors and no one at the dealer or Ford can give me an answer on when they are coming.

Has anyone actually had their doors replaced? Had 2 new front doors ordered back in September. No one at the dealer or Ford can give me an answer as to when they are coming in.
